  2. Copies of all pages of last 2 months bank statements
  3. Copies of all pages of any stock brokerage, mutual fund, money market fund, credit union or other depository institution statements
  4. Hardship letter, explaining why you are or anticipate experiencing difficulty paying your mortgage payments on time
